Rehire is a merit-first platform. Do not lie on your profile, do not cheat on AI interviews, and treat employers and candidates with respect. We verify identities and use AI to match talent. If you violate these core rules, your account will be permanently banned.
Platform Governance
Welcome to Rehire ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and AI-driven matching services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for an account or using the Services, you enter into a legally binding agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify users of significant changes via the platform interface or email.
User Verification & Identity
Rehire operates on a basis of absolute trust. As such, all users (both Candidates and Employers) must undergo identity verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Fraud Prevention: Providing false identification documents, misleading work histories, or fabricated credentials constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Single Account Policy: Users are permitted one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts created to bypass limits or manipulate the matching algorithm will be terminated.
AI Vetting Protocols
The core value of Rehire is its autonomous AI Matching Engine. Candidates agree to participate in recorded, AI-driven technical and behavioral assessments.
Anti-Cheating Clause
Our systems actively monitor browser focus, tab switching, and audio-visual anomalies during AI interviews. The use of external LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), screen-sharing, or unauthorized assistance during an assessment will result in a failed verification and potential account suspension.
You acknowledge that AI Match Scores are proprietary calculations intended to facilitate introductions. Rehire does not guarantee employment or specific hiring outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, software, database algorithms, and UI designs (including the distinctive "Neobrutalist" aesthetic) are the exclusive intellectual property of Rehire, protected by international copyright laws.
User Content: By uploading your resume, portfolio, or engaging in AI interviews, you grant Rehire a non-exclusive license to process, store, and display this data to verified Employers solely for the purpose of recruitment.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
Common grounds for termination include:
Ghosting / No-Shows
Repeatedly failing to attend confirmed interviews.
Harassment
Unprofessional communication with employers or talent.
Scraping
Automated data extraction of candidate profiles.
Misrepresentation
Lying about work authorization or technical abilities.
